Actually, it doesn't mean the movie's crap...it just means he's an IMFDB member.
But yeah, I agree with you in general...weapons inaccuracies are one of those things that I just accept as a moviegoer because they're a necessary evil for the sake of fun. It may not be realistic for the Agents in "The Matrix" to rapid-fire their .50 AE Desert Eagles (something possible only with blanks), but the movie is fantasy and they look cool firing their guns that way, so I accept it so that I can have fun. Entertainment wouldn't be fun if it were 100% true to life.
