Yeah, it looks like he's racking the charging handle on an HK21, which makes it hard to see. The guy next to him looks like he's firing a SPAS-15.

Yournamehere got it. It's an HK-21E with a 1,100 RPM rate of fire. Mark is performing a belt dump with it.
The Assault Rifle Behinf him is an M-16. there were not any SPAS-15's at that shoot, although I did see a SPAS -12 someplace where I got those pictures.
