Default Military issue aimpoints

Are they the 2moa, 4moa, or are both issued up to soldier/unit preference?

The previous M68, the CompM2, is 4 MOA. The current M68, the CompM4 and M4S, is 2 MOA.

whats the policy on eotech? I heard their authorized but not issued, do soldiers buy their own or do units decide what they want their soldiers using?

I wasn't paying that much attention but I don't recall seeing many US troops with EOtechs in KAF - fairly sure there were some though. Lots of Aimpoints and ACOGs but not many EOtechs.
