Default Bought a S&W 4505

Picked this 4505 up from my local gun store. All of their pistols were marked down $50 or so. I was surprised to see this there since you mostly see the 4506 stainless model. I handled a SIG P220 two tone that had a better grip than the 4505. But it was $50 more and wasn't as clean. Will definitely get a SIG later. It came with just one mag so a few extras are on the shopping list. Maybe get to shoot it this weekend or the following.

Was it in the Bargain bin next to the .45 Luger and the prototype .45 BHP (only one ever produced)?

Po Boys Guns and Ammo. The only gun shop we have in our town. Bought it for $550 + tax. I saw one on gunbroker go for $875 and haven't seen another one on there since. I got interested in the 4505 after searching for 4506s and saw that 4505 on gunbroker. Pretty rare gun but list the same price as the 4506 on book of gun values.

I was also surprised to see two Browning Hi Powers there. One for $500 the other for $530. They also had a FEG HP copy and a Kareen HP copy there too. They don't have a super huge pistol collection. But plenty of variety I guess. One small section of revolvers though.

You only paid $550 plus tax? I paid like $630 for my 4506-1! Goddamit, I got ripped off

Also S&Wshooter, since I know you love the Beretta 92. Here is the Beretta 92FS Inox I bought a month or two back.

Mine only came with one mag and no box or papers. There are a few faint scratches and very slight bluing loss at the end of the muzzle. I think I got a good deal. It was close to $600 with tax.
