Default Calling JCordell, Phoenixent, and Nyles

A book publisher got in touch with me asking if they could use the following gun images on the site:

The images are:
Image: RemingtonModel30.jpg, posted by Phoenixent

(Sharps Rifle New Model 1869) Rifle-SharpsCarbine-2.jpg,

Image: Kentuckyrifle.jpg, posted by Nyles

(Hawkins Plains Rifle) Image: Hawken.jpg, posted by Jcordell

I told them they would have to get permission from the photographers personally, and I wasn't sure if the users had actually taken them themselves.

So, if you did take the original photos (or you know who did), and you would like to give permission to have them printed in the Shooter's Bible Guide to Rifle Ballistics - let me know and I can put you in touch with the publisher.

Believe me I was as shocked as you were when they gave me the usernames, I was figuring it would be something like...

"That's MoviePropMaster2008's"

"That one too."

"MoviePropMaster"

"Him again."

"And that one."

"Also him."

Forget it kid. You'd have better luck with James Franco's Japanese Love Pillow:

Sorry about the delay I have been working on a show. The Remington photo came from a friend of mine. I will check with him

I actually got that picture from Amoskeag auctions, can't take credit for it. They're certainly welcome to use the crappy pictures I took of my own guns though...
