Solution to complaints about incomplete pages
I've got a solution to the biggest complaint about IMFDB, that being that IMFDB has too many incomplete pages.
I think that until those pages are complete, those pages should not have the "[[category:movie]]" tag on them, that way they will not appear in the movie section. If you do this then when people find IMFDB and browse through the movie section they will not come across any incomplete/shit pages. If you do this you can in effect delete those pages from the view of the general imfdb public ,but without deleting them in reality if someone wants to actually work on them. just an idea. |

I think if someone has an incomplete page, they should state on the page that this is a work in progress. I just came across several pages with just gun pics, but no caps and they were ancient. People just expects others to do the work

Well my idea still stands, crappy incomplete pages should have the "[[category:movie]]" tag removed from them so they do not pollute the movie section of the site.

That's what I've been doing actually when I find incompletes, I just remove the Category so they float on the site as nothing.

Okay, so I'll take that as the go-ahead to remove the movie category tags from all the "no effort" and "incomplete" pages.
