Agree with Smithy about exercise in general, but I'm not a huge fan of long-distance biking for exercise. I think it can be fun to bike to school/work sometimes, but as a regular exercise activity, I'd rather spend those hours doing something more fun. I feel the same way about running (and I've been running for over 10 years): Good in moderation, not so much fun - and bad on your joints - if done excessively.

My father traded that Mauser Pocket Pistol we never use for the use of the full auto AK at the range/gunstore on my birthday plus some ammo for it

I also bought 2 mags for my 4506

Protip: before buying a heatsink to replace a busted one, actually read the dimensions.
