I admire the thought, but I'm pretty sure this counts as spamming.

Even though the NRA fights for our gun rights, sometimes they say some dumb things that make you a little embarrassed to back them. Plus, all the liberals see the NRA as a bunch of beer drinking rednecks so us gun lovers are all considered rednecks in their eyes (which makes me really mad btw).

Not to diss the NRA or anything, I'm glad someone out there fights for us.

Who gives a shit about the politics...it's the discounts at gun stores that make NRA membership worthwhile.

I don't know why people are scare of liberals. It's not like they can fight. All they do is whine and cry.

I'm scared of liberals because the white house is loaded with them and they don't like our guns. They have a chance at banning them, so it is a little nerve wracking when the scales aren't tipped in our favor.

It'll be a freezing hell if the government takes away our guns.

The NRA is very powerful. It's members number in the millions. It is second only to the AARP promoting/destroying political careers or changing government. They are offering free 1 year membership to help new gun owners understand the 2nd Amendment and hopefully it will transfer to the voting booth.

It's free and even if you don't own a gun you should join.

Joining the NRA or GOA is one of the requirements (majority) to become a member of a private Gun Club. If you're thinking about joining one here your chance to save $30.

My dad's in the NRA, but I'm gonna wait until I can legally own a gun before I join.

Quick question, I read somewhere this guy (name escapes me) is the president of the NRA, but I thought Tom Selleck was the prez. Is he just the mascot or something or this just a brain fart?

Charlton Heston was the NRA presidents till his death last year. I believe Tom Selleck is a NRA member for life. Kayne Robinson is the current president. Wayne LaPierre is the current executive Vice President & CEO for years. Wayne LaPierre is the person that makes most of the decision in the NRA. The President is more of a ceremony post within the NRA.

Over 95% of all NRA members vote in elections. That's where the NRA powers comes from.

Huh, I thought Selleck was the president, guess not.

Something I never knew, Kevin Costner is an NRA member, although he's pretty good with guns in movies so I guess it is too suprising.

Something that is suprising is that Clint Eastwood is for gun control. Damn it Clint! Dirty Harry couldn't do his job if his .44 Magnum was banned! He knows to show gun recoil in films though, so that's nice.
