As i said, OUTSIDE of multiplayer.
Also...I think no one cares about WWII. It happened over half a century ago and the people who do care are either dead or too old to know what video games are. Also the US's involvement with the Axis power wasn't as personal as the US today and our feelings for the terrorists.

But then its stupid that a video game is taken so seriously. How many crime games where you gun down cops are asked to change names or censor themselves?

The media and upstart and old politicians love to use games as cannon fodder for teen violence

To avoid litigation from the former Infinity Ward guys, perhaps?

You fail for not having a diverse choice in movies.

So, how about the inaccuracies with the weapons? Are the truly obnoxious ones restricted to multiplayer, or did Treyarch do the obvious and throw them all throughout the campaign?

The famas is in campain, As is almost all the historically innacurate weapons. And the 1887 for some reason fires 2 shots before you spin the lever again.....

Also the Vietcong also appeared to have AK74Us even though the magazines make them look like shorten AK47s and I wouldnt mind the AK74Us except that the year isn't 1974 yet. The M16 and the Commando have literal flat tops. There aren't rails, but smooth flat surfaces so some kind of claw mount will attached the sights. We have a CIA operative with patterned camo that shouldn't exist. In one mission, your Commando has tiger stripped camo on it. Let's see what other oversights. Vietcongs with SPAS-12s. The M16 with the flat top and "ACOG" with an M203 attached...in 1961 during the Bay of Pigs. The flamethrower attachment is stupid. Apparently the scope is called an "ACOG" and even the Russians have them. The G11 is a special weapon found in a weapons stash some Russian guy got in Hong Kong. The PSG-1 is in the game. I don't know when this rifle first came out, but the year was obviously before the 70s. I'll get back to you on what else is stupid

The "acogs" are non magnified, and also, the cz-75 epic fail. 12 round mag as single pistol, but then you dual wield and they hold 20 each?

The fact that there ARE CZ-75s in a mission that took place before 1975 when the pistol was invented.
And yeah the PSG-1 was developed after 1972
