Sad part is, the crouching guy with the AK is the only one of them that actually looks like a professional law enforcement operative.

He's wearing several two compartment magazine pouches. Normally law enforcement officers like patrolmen wear just one of these but would you only want two spares in a combat situation? I agree with Orca, he looks like a pro. He's even resting his AK against the wall like a professional shooter.
