You can hit stuff with a Glock 18 or any full auto weapon. It's all about trigger control and firing in bursts

The Glock 20 and 29 are my favourite. Until Glock makes something in .41 Magnum or better, those two will remain the most powerful Glocks ever made. Even if they did make a Glock in (for example) .44 Magnum, 10mm Auto remains the most powerful practical service handgun cartridge around.
