I feel I've gotten much better with my trigger control, but still need to work with breathing. Yeah it's soft ground with dead leaves all round where I was dropping those mags. I shoot my rifles a little bit above that area and it's harder ground, so I take the mags out by hand.

Let me know what you think. I'm glad I made the trade. Also another reason why the LC9 may not have been shooting worth a damn, the rear sight came loose! Didn't notice it until I cleaned it.
