Help with locating sniper rifle + film

Hi guys,

I saw this movie ages ago where there were a group of men on the
upper deck of a parking lot shooting down a black police chopper flying
in the city.

They shot it from very far with a black sniper rifle with a big ass
supressor. Was wondering what the sniper rifle is and film name.
