Good article. If a little saddening, the "free world's rifle" will be sorely missed.
However, as long as they're are guys like me who day dream about wearing cut off fatigues, boots with no socks, slouch hats, and carrying Portugese marked FN-FALs along the Rhodesian frontier, the rifle's legacy will live on.
