Does anyone know the name of the rifle that uses the .950 JDJ, couple of them made for sporting.

From what i remember all the rifles that chamber the .950 JDJ are custom actions since they didn't make a 20mm vulcan action at the time. Basically they are all prototype rifles.

I think this is the same one you posted a picture of.
According to the guy in the video, it's made by SSK industries in Ohio. This is the first one, and the next two weigh twice as much. It looks very similar to their 14.5mm gun. I guess they don't really have a name?
