Those are the fugliest looking mechs I've ever seen. And those jet fighters look like they were ripped right out of the '50s.
The 28 Weeks Later soundtrack makes it watchable, I guess.

Looks like a shameless rip-off of a combo of Independence Day and War of the Worlds. Why, in sci-fi movies, do people NEVER just get in there car and LEAVE??? When a bunch of robots 8 stories high are coming at you, LEAVE THE AREA, FAST.
