Some question about animation

Hello! I'm sorry, I have some question: as far, as I know, cartoonish animation are ineligible. However, some western animation (like Archer, The Adventures of Tintin, The Iron Giant, etc) are allowed, due, it's not cartoonish, but realistic guns. So, I have question to administration: is this animation (Russian feature movie "Fortress. With Shield and Sword (Krepost. Shitom i mechom)" rather realistic for exist or it's to cartoonish and ineligible.
