Negative, it's a Smith & Wesson Model 910. You can tell by the way the front of the slide is cut, as well as the new cutout of the frame.

Can only see half of the picture, but from the front sight protectors its a Czech Vz.24.

Anyone else think that this "M16A1" has the rear sight of an M16A2 or is it just me?

Yep, that's got the adjustable rear sight assembly. In that case, it's either an M16A2 modeled rifle with A1 handguards, or this airsoft gun I saw a while back that was supposed to be a "Vietnam M16A1", but thad the A2sights. What movie is this from, this is interesting.
