Looks like someone was inspired by the Day of the Jackal rifle.

I think that you are right, the base gun is Lee-Enfield, maybe a Lee-Speed Sporter, judging by the bolt handle. The buttstock is in Sten Mk II - Mk III style but not exactly the same, possibly a makeshift.

Maybe it's some kind of blank fire revolver, then? That's the only scene with it. Indeed, it's the only gun in the movie, making it an easy page to make.
