Years in titles

I'm in two minds about years in the title for movies like those two. On the one hand, the titles are not duplicates of ones already on the database so there is no need for anything in brackets to disambiguate it.

However on the other hand, for both of those films there are multiple properties that have the exact same title so you can argue that it is useful to have the year in the title. Firstly, if somebody sees it in a list they will know which film/series the article is about without having to click on it. Secondly, if somebody ever made a page for one of the other properties that shares the title then if the year wasn't there we would have to move the page and change the entry of every page that linked to that title otherwise they would just lead to the disambiguation page.
