Apparently that 28mm Pfeifer Zeliska is a one-off copy of another one-off made by Remington in 1859. The production Zeliska is "only" .600 Nitro Express (15.75mm), though I'm kind of surprised that version hasn't at least appeared in one of the Cabela's games by now since it's the kind of thing they'd do.

Still, since the 28mm one is four feet long and absolutely useless, I wouldn't imagine you'll be seeing it in media unless it's in the hands of a robot or ogre.
