Does anyone remember WHEN our moratorium on Reality TV took effect?

Would anyone mind slapping a nuke tag on the Weaponology page? I'm pretty sure it got in before the moratorium, but A) there are no caps, and B) it still has links in subheadings. (In other words, it's not finished, and it's far from being finished.)
