Owning a handgun doesn't make you armed any more than owning a guitar makes you a musician
Exept it DOES make you armed. How can you have a gun and not be armed? Is he saying that you have to be carrying a gun to be armed? That's correct. But even if your're not carrying a guitar, you're still a musician. The analogy dosn't make sense.
