Is it a Thunder Ranch? I've heard you can have them ordered sans front cocking serrations.

Well, the closest I can find is This, but that's still with the front serrations as standard.

Picked up the Les Baer UTC a little while ago. I'm really really impressed with it! I was worried about the tightness people talk about. It's only when it's in full lock up it's really tight. It feels like your pulling the slide back with hammer up even though it's cocked back. It rides extremely smooth on the rails. It's supposed to be a 4lb trigger, it feels closer to 3.5lb. My S.A. Loaded breaks at just under 4lbs and this one feels lighter. (I gave my trigger pull scale to Pete @ theARMORYchannel, so I got to get another one) The safety is a bit stiff, I figure it will loosen with use. I'm not to sure about the slim grips. I'm going to shoot it first before I see about changing them out though.

Shot thin grips on a trs, liked them, but honestly i liked slim and full and had no real preference. Either would make me happy.

i put ultra thin grips on my Kimber and i love the way it feels...probably not the most pratical for heavey duty shooting but for normal day at the range kind of stuff it rocks.
