Here's the rest of the fight:

Rocco took his free hand and punched Greg in the stomach.

“Ven a mi, hermano!” Rocco shouted, kneeing him the groin. Greg had experienced pain far more agonizing than being hit the testicles. To him, it felt like a paper cut. He dodged Rocco’s next punch and delivered an uppercut under his chin. He then slide behind Rocco and locked him in a stranglehold. He almost had Rocco unconscious until he felt a sharp pain in the back of his head. He immediately fell down and went out like a light.
