I'm really confused

Ok I have four questions:
1. Am I in trouble?
2. Did I do something wrong?
3. Am I getting banned?
4. Is it because of my age? Am I too young to be a part of this site, I know you don't want kids in here putting in unneeded pages (Halo, Star Trek, etc.) But I didn't think I was causing any sort of problem?

I'm asking because I have no idea what's going on. I went in today to edit my profile page, and it says ''You don't have permission to do this action", and the same things to every page I go to, I thought it was a glitch or something. I went and asked this before a while ago and my thread got deleted. So yeah, can a Mod or Admin tell me what the heck is going on because I am really confused.

There's a message stuck on the front page that says
"All edits edits to the wiki will be frozen until 1pm PST."

The problem is that it's been more than 2 hours since the deadline passed, so I don't know if it's 1pm PSt tommorrow, nor do I know what prompted the site-wide lock.

Bunni was updating the software. Imagine he ran into a snag or two. But it's up now. YOu should be able to edit. I can now.
