About the Tranter Model 1878 Revolver.

It appears this model was specifically designed and produced for British officers in 1878 to be used during Boer war.

Sorry...i like to use real books and the pics in books arnt always HD quality...i thought google was a cheat?

Is it some kind of falling block action with double set triggers?...Like some sort of German Buchel-Meister Schuetzen Rifle? Well either way i think it is Germen and it is a Schuetzen style target rifle most likely in a 8.15x46R.
