More accurately refered to as the Hall-North Model 1843, or just Hall Model 1843 (North just reduced the caliber), but yes.

Well I guess now it's my turn then. Can somebody ID these bloody submachine guns?!?! I've seen them in this film (The Marksman) as well as in low budget sci-fi movies like Anaconda 3.

It's like somebody put an Uzi and an MP5 together.

Trigger guard and folding stock look like H&K. receiver seems like Uzi. I can't tell its caliber. Might be smaller than 9mm. And also I don't see a selector switch... Weird... As weird as seeing Wesley Snipes still getting work.

That looks close. The wikipedia entry for it mentions a civilian carbine version, and that a longer barrel can be installed in place of the shorter one.

I'm beginning to believe this gun does not exist. It's probably a hybrid movie gun.

I went through 100+ SMG manufacturers. Searched this thing in english, french, german and turkish and yet can't find anything. So, please, somebody enlighten us.

I was hoping someone would post this, I saw the movie aswell and the whole time I was trying to figure out what it was. Also some of the AKs in that movie looked strange.

Its definatly something thats mocked up.
