Is there a primer for posting images and info/pictures.

I'm new here and would like to contribute to imfdb. Is there a primer or instructions how to post and start new topics.

Depends, you a real dude or a spammer?
Anyway, if you look at the code of an existing page, you can get a good idea of how to format stuff, and how to type out the code for pictures and stuff.
It's how I learned at least.

By topic, do you mean a "page" for a movie/TV show/video game? When you say "topic", I think that's what had him confused.
