How do I creat a new category page?

As best I can tell, it really is as simple as creating a brand new page with the title "Category:" at the beginning. It will be filed automatically under the "Categories" list under Special Pages.

That's how I did it. Then I pasted from another category page and changed the wording so it fit what I wanted. Then I clicked on creat and viola or or is voila? Anyway there it was. Like magic.
