I've seen them before but not from that angle. it's a double barreled revolver. You can just make out the twin cylenders where it feeds more than the usual number of revolver shots.

I guess that's close enough.

It's an HDH 20 shot .25 ACP revolver. I had the pleasure of seeing one used in the Russian crime drama "Brat"(brother). It was pretty cool.
