Lol, that is pretty steep, but then again that Rover probably will run upwards of 80+k by itself. It's extremely plush and posh but fully off-road capable. And of course good H&H double guns can run roughly the same themselves, if not more.. in which case two of them and the Rover for about 250 seems about right.
That said, I myself would be happy with a Hemi Grand Cherokee and spending the spare 200 or so large left on building my own arsenal (among other things). But then again, I'm one of those impertinent colonists.
