If you could have any 5 guns.......

I have two questions that I didn't see it specifically mentioned. first of all are we to assume legality won't be a factor (full auto,missile launchers, super short compacts, so on and so forth), also can we pick custom built guns or are we stuck with off the shelf stuff(tactical Kentucky Rifle, M4 with under barrel Uzi, breech loading Nock gun and stuff like that)? thanks in advance
