| I'm confused.

I keep seeing this shotgun in screencaps (The Condemned, Pineapple Express) which looks like a Winchester Model 1912, as it has the receiver crimps around the barrel and tube, but it has a rounded trigger guard. Is this some variant of the 1912 or a different model shotgun altogether? Please help. Edit: To make it more confusing, it appears to have a Mossberg 500 bolt/chamber. What the hell? I think whatever the gun used in Hot Fuzz is the explanation. Apparently I've been getting these shotguns all wrong. I didn't notice the Shotgun used in The Condemned had a twist off take down barrel. That's not Mossberg-like at all.

Excellent! We need to look up every Mossberg/Winchester 1912 and relabel now.

It's an Armscor M30R6, which is a bastardization of the Winchester Model 1912, the Mossberg 500, and the Remington 870. I changed the pages where it was featured. It's amazing the unknown unknowns you come across in the gun world.........

I will work on getting one of these shotguns to photograph for the 12 gauge comparison page. Ugh. More work to do.

I'm not saying I like it, I'm saying this is the one the people use in those movies.
