I guess the other angle doesn't do much better. Based on what I can see I guess Ithaca 37 fits the bill best.

Spectre M4. It's used by lots of characters throughout the movie. There's an excellent shot of one during the "Ring Trick" scene that I'll have to add.

It has no forward grip and looks sort of small for a Spectre.

He's right, I'd opt for the Skorpion before a Spectre M4, but I still don't have a positive ID on it.
