Technically they are called H-Ks, not H&Ks, but I still get the joke. It would imply they are called "Hunter & Killers" which doesn't have the same ring to it.

I keep watching Burn Notice, and it some what irks me when he is constantly complaining about how he is low on cash.
And then he and his team use SIG-Sauers, and a bunch of assorted H&K rifles.... I just wanna be like: YOU'RE POOR BECAUSE YOU ARE BUYING THE WRONG STUFF!
