Back on the AUG, I've read great things about it. The only bad thing I've heard was really the trigger pull.

Actually Norinco built a Luger a while back. It was UGLY, and probably didn`t function very well, and they abandonned it for lack of commercial viability.

The AUG is a op gun, not a soldier gun, IMO.

Its quick handling, accurate and reliable at close range, and high capacity. IT would make a neat patrol rifle.

Maybe this year beretta will release a 92 with a frame safety and a grip that doesnt feel like a brick, and hk will have standard 1913 rails instead of their crap ones.

I would love to see a 92 with a slimmer grip.

They do make the Vertec which has the flat backstrap, which slims down the grip.

This is becoming more a wishlist than predictions but i want to see crimson trace wood lasergrips that look good and for more than just 1911s. SIG wood lasergrips (of high quality) would kick ass.

The burlwood shown on their site looks awful.

I hope the 1911s look cool, like an old chool reproduction, not some over blinged up abomination like so many anniversary models have been.

And they need to be affordable, not overpriced limited editions *cough* kimber *cough*
