Nah, that's from "The Killer", when Tsang Yeh brings Ah Jong a new shipment of guns to use on his missions, Ah Jong picks up the Beretta 92F and makes the comment.
Both "The Killer" and "Hard Boiled" have LOTS of really awesome quotes related to guns. My all-time favorite is the one from "Hard Boiled" where the chief inspector is talking about Tequila and says, "Give the guy a gun and he thinks he's Superman; give him two and he thinks he's God."
