No, but heck it's your name. But from an English standpoint and the etymology of current vernacular, challenged means being held back from being (said condition). Your name MEANS

Sorry to break that to you. But I can only argue the actual use of words in popular culture, not what you want your name to mean (which is whatever you want it to mean).
