Well my mistake then. It's hard to see the red dot in the movie and kinda hard to see it in the poster since it blends into the scope. I've never seen a red dot mounted sideways on a scope before. Usually for a long range scope, a doctor red dot is on top or an offset angle from the rail. That could explain why Flag holds his rifle almost completely sideways as opposed to tilt.
