26 out of 100, for PA, where I am now, though, it's a bit strange. On the one hand, there basically nothing the state won't allow an ordinary citizen to buy. But on the other hand, the scorecard should've given us points for background checks at gun shows, which are required. (Who DOESN'T have to go through a NICS check?)
As for my home state of NJ, 72, which is no surprise. The gun laws here are insane. But hey, it's the price we pay for no gun violence. (Except for

this. The second one hit close to home, as the victim was my boss' uncle.)
