I have a better idea: Sell it to the Chinese, then watch as they try in vain to make it functional and convince the world that they have a respectable Navy with
carriers that don't even have catapults. Then watch as they try and get their
J-15 "Flopping Fish"...errr, Flying Shark, to take off and land on the carrier without being able to carry a sufficient weapons/fuel load.
And I'm dead serious. We'd make a lot more money,
and get entertainment value that would undoubtedly inspire some quality
