That rig is a combination of a few different things. It consists of a garrison belt, a holster adapter/hanger (this is the sort of Y shaped part that has the belt loop on the front), a cross belt and a USAF .38 swivel holster. Without the garrison belt it was also used as a shoulder holster so you sometimes find them described as that. Your best bet is probably looking on Ebay,
here is a set including the belt, adapter, cross strap, 1911 holster, magazine pouch, dressing pouch and 2 magazines.
