The LaRue OBR 7.62 is definitely used by some US special forces. Don't know what unit he is from, but
here is a pic of a spotter using a 16 inch barrel one at the U.S. Army Special Operations Command Sniper Competition at Fort Bragg, N.C., Dec. 6. Apparently the sniper of the pair was also using an OBR, but a longer barrelled one.
