Well, at least be cool about it. the OPS a MOD now. And seriously, even though I agree with the rule, having someone overwrite your pics is a serious blow to anyones ego!
But we gotta deal with it.
Only if someone fights back, we should 'gently' point out the rules. And if the pic is only BARELY or marginally better, then I don't support the replacement (but it must be barely and I mean barely better).
So be kind, understanding, even if the others are not.
Only if they continue, then put the Hammer of Doom on their heads...
