Your Marlin is going to be a tough one to find history on since it's a 20th Century Fox gun. Fox sold of there collection in the late 70's and some ended up at other prop houses. The first thing you need to do is check movies made by Fox and see if they used 1894 Marlin in them. Than come back and post it or PM me and go from there
