I put this together so that we can mark articles which no effort has been put into more easily; putting {{Noeffort}} at the top of an article will now put it into
this category so admins can review it more easily. This will avoid having to notify admins individually on their talk pages.
Thoughts? I imagine when we have a set of formal article guidelines, I'll alter it so that text 'certain minimal standards' is a link to them. If it's ok, I might make a few more to add other kinds of article to the "delete" category [for example duplicate articles and images].
