I know, the SIG 556 is very front heavy. You need to get used to the weight. But the ACR does have weight in the front, but not as severe.
Length wise, the ACR is about the standard carbine length with the 16in barrel. This basic model only has the non collapsible/folding stock. But the stock itself is short too.
If you aren't familiar with the bolt catch, it takes some time to get used to it, but it's very easy to release.
