According to IMDB, it was shot in the UK, and it doesn't seem like there's a shortage there. Even the
Dirty Dozen sequel, a TV movie, had them. I'm not saying there's enough to equip a battalion of extras, but they're around. And as I said, someone does make brand new replicas.
