4 miles without hurting? Wow. I do a 4-mile run two days a week (because, frankly, I'm skinny enough that I don't need to lose much weight), and I
really hurt every time I do it. I've been doing it for years now, and it still never gets easier. Of course, I average 7:15 miles and my HR is 80-90% of max for most of the run...
